WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and an array of payment options are available depending on the size and scope of your project. A typical payment structure includes project milestones and payments are spaced out and made at the end of one major stage (ie. completion of drywall, cabinets installed, ...) and the beginning of another. A 10% holdback is common and requested upon project handover.
DO YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE?
Emergency service is not typical for our services. Our phones will be answered in case of emergency and a solution, based on the type of emergency, will be provided. Most emergencies are completed by specialized tradespeople (gas, water, electric) or municipal services. Emergency contact numbers will be provided.
