Lower Level Secondary Dwelling

Service Description

This basement was a blank slate where we turned an mostly unused space into a 2-bedroom legal secondary dwelling. We work closely with the CIty of Ottawa inspectors, ESA, licensed engineers and certified tradespeople to ensure our renovations meet all code requirements. With large windows on the southeast and southwest corners of the main living area, this unit boasts tons of natural light. Installing additional soundproofing and in-unit laundry allows for both units to live comfortably in their own space.
