Pre-Demolition

Wall cut out for inspection

Our potential client was certain they would complete this renovation and allowed us to cut out a section of drywall in order to see inside.  Doing so allowed us to look for any potential roadblocks and provide a more accurate, detailed estimate.

Pre-demolition

Out dated kitchen

The old kitchen had plenty o cupboard space and a peninsula. The request to match the storage space after eliminating the dividing wall was one of the main challenges of this project.

Final inspection

Completed open space

This photo taken during our final walkthrough showcases the light shining through the entire floor.  The oversized island with waterfall edge and relocation of the fridge helped match the amount of storage from the previous kitchen design.

Clean stove wall

Dark lowers and white upper cainets

Moving the plugs to the outside walls and installing an undermount hood fan left a very clean backsplash area behind the stove.

New ridge location

Sliding barn doors

The main floor stackable laundry is conveniently hidden behind this custom barn door.  The addition of built-in cabinets surrounding the fridge made use of every inch of this kitchen.

Laundry closet and storage

Out with the old

Bi-fold doors matched the age of the previous design but not the new one. Realizing that there wasn't a good reason the storage closet was set back, moving to forward to match the depth of the laundry space allowed us to utilize previously unused space.
